Liability for damage or loss shall not exceed two dollars per pound.
All shipping charges will be considered prepaid unless otherwise indicated.
The shipper agrees to pay Chasqui’s all shipping charges,  in the event the consignee refuses to pay for a collect shipment.
Chasqui’s reserves the right to refuse any Dangerous Goods shipment for any reason. Materials that require placards will not be carried by Chasqui’s.
Terms are payment upon receipt of statement. Accounts are subject to service charges on past due statements of 2% per month(24% per annum).
